Meeting up for the fall engagement session…
Kam and Jim’s fall engagement photos were taken at Robert H Long Park in Commerce Township. They rolled up on a beautiful Harley and I remember smiling from ear to ear when I saw what we were in store for. We walked out into the park and had a great time photographing the couple on this beautiful fall day.
As we walked around the park, we talked and had a great visit. Doing an engagement session ahead of the wedding gives us a chance to do a little coaching with our couples about how to interact with the camera. It can really make a difference in how smoothly the day will go for the wedding.
A time to practice in front of the camera…
Kam is completely natural with the camera and had some serious training ahead of time. She was no rookie to being in front of a camera. Jim on the other hand was not nearly as comfortable. It didn’t seem to take long though and he was settling in for some fun.
We rolled around the park with the bike to several good locations. They were huge fans of black and white so we layered in some really pretty ones in this blog post. We hope you enjoy this photo shoot as much as we did. It is really fun to see these pictures and give them a closer look.
