Emily & Danish: Wedding at Dearborn Inn

Some thoughts…

When the call for Emily & Danish’s wedding came in a few weeks before the wedding I remember thinking how much I liked shooting outdoor weddings at the Dearborn Inn. When I heard the reception was going to be in the Lincoln Room at the Dearborn Inn I was even more excited. I have such good memories of small intimate weddings being held in this space and was really looking forward to it. There is such a neat feeling to smaller weddings (30-40 people) that I just love!

The party…

It was interesting that while I was shooting, I became aware of a woman smiling watching me work, and when I glanced over, I immediately recognized one of my former clients Jamie Leslie, whose wedding I had shot a few years ago at Arnaldo’s Banquet Center in Riverview. It was great to catch up with her and reminisce a bit about her wedding.

I had a great time shooting for Emily & Danish at their wedding and loved the photos we got for them. I hope they enjoy them too and wish them all the best in their new life together.

We can’t wait for our next Dearborn Inn wedding!
