Teresa & Remko: Mill Race Northville MI Wedding

Inn The Beginning…

There was such a peaceful air to Teresa and Remko’s mill race northville mi wedding. Working with them was just so calm and cool. It was awesome to capture their serenity among gardens, paths, and bridges of the little village of Mill Race in Northville. It was charming. So glad I got some more beautiful garden shots outside the Inn at St. John’s. Teresa and Remko have a way of showing you how important the simple things can be.

Fun stuff…

From Teresa’s striking pearl ring and bracelet, to their refreshingly laid-back attitudes, they show how a little can say a lot. I loved the trellis they brought in and decorated for the ceremony. All it took to make it really stand out was hanging Aqua-colored jars full of flowers on the trellis, and interweaving some white flowers and sheer fabric.

Simple, effective, gorgeous, and cool. It gave me the opportunity for some nice shots, where the light cream and white walls of the little chapel contrast gently with those aqua jars and bridesmaid dresses. Well, what a refreshing day with Teresa, Remko, and family — we wish them the best!

We can’t wait for our next Mill Race Northville mi wedding!
