Some thoughts on this St Nicholas Greek Orthodox wedding…
Dayna & Anthony had a wonderful wedding! We had been to St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Troy before to photograph weddings but we had never seen a reception in the banquet hall. It is a great space for a party and the shots we took looked great. The lighting in the room was perfect. Opus One Catered the event and you know the reputation for their food!

A side note on the limo company…
It was a strange situation with the limo company. They had a limo that was too small for the bridal party. The driver did not have a car large enough for the bridal party on hand and refused to leave the parking lot. It seemed he would be in violation if he did so the bridal party just sat in the car in the parking lot. I look his photo as he told them the bad new and he became very agree with me. I saw it as a part of the story of the day but he seemed to see it differently. Interesting that as a photographer you have to make choices like this in trying to tell the story of the day. A couple may never use those images but it is important to think about.
We can’t wait for our next St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox wedding!
