You can’t help but smile!  That would be the caption I would put under all of these wedding photos of Kristin & Jason!  I love all of the shots taken on the grounds at St. John’s.  We love when a couple will take the “time” to get those shots that will bring back those wonderful memories for years to come.  You would be surprised how quickly they are taken.  Kevin said the bridal party added so much fun to the wedding: Kristin and Jason thank you for the opportunity to share in your day!

Angela & Mark’s wedding photographs were a lot of fun to take.  They were super relaxed and a lot of fun to be around.  The bridal party was a lot of fun and provided some entertaining moments.  Angela looked stunning in her dress!

Fall is always such a fantastic time for a wedding and the grounds at The Inn At St. John’s is spectacular for a fall wedding.  This shot of the two of them dancing is one of my favorite shots from the summer.   Our friends over at Rush Entertainment who spun out the tunes that night asked if they could use this particular shot in their literature, nice compliment and a shot we loved too!

All the best to you two, what a great wedding and we can’t wait to get your wedding album designed.

Courtney & Todd’s wedding photographs are stunning.  They saw one another before the ceremony and the shots Melissa & Patrick got as Courtney tapped Todd on the shoulder are priceless!  Her gown and veil are so pretty!  When Melissa asked Courtney to turn and hold her train up she got some very cool shots!

The grounds at The Inn at St. John’s could not have been any prettier with all of the flowers in bloom and the bright blue sky, the day of their wedding was amazing.  Their wedding reception was full of fun, and beautiful toasts, and lots of dancing!  We wish Courtney and Todd, a wonderful and happy future together, it was a joy working with them.

Samantha & Scott’s wedding album is complete now and it looks great.  They chose a Coffee Table Design, which allows for the story to unfold on the pages.   St. John’s Chapel is one of the prettiest in this area and the grounds are just as stunning.  At the reception, everyone had a fun time on the dance floor and to end the album with the mariachi band was perfect.  Great Job Lisa on helping Samantha and Scott tell their story.

Talk about a happy bride, Nicole never stopped smiling!  Mill Race was the perfect spot for their smaller wedding.  And stopping at Brann’s Sports Grille after the ceremony made Andreas pretty happy too!  The sunset that evening was gorgeous and St. John’s – once again, did a fantastic job at putting on a great party for everyone.  Nice job Kevin on the wedding photos!  We welcome your comments on our posts.

Jean & John’s wedding photos at Mill Race of Northville & The Inn at St. John

Jean and John’s wedding was so much fun!  What a great group of people!  One fun thing after the other. They saw one another before the ceremony for some photos.  Can you tell how happy John was as he was walking down the aisle?  The Rev. Phil Rogers officiated the very personal and touching ceremony at Mill Race Church.  Then their 5 daughters jumped in the limo with them and they were off to Northville, where John and two of his best friends own and operate Poole’s Tavern.  You can see how much fun they had with the toasts!   They all left Northville and headed for Plymouth and St. John’s.  The reception was full of fun, and each daughter gave a short  and sometimes tearful toast to the couple!  Their crazy nieces and nephews wanted a “serious” shot of them with Jean!  John had one taken of him and his buddies, “check out the new glasses”.  Even as cold and windy as it was the night of their wedding they were willing to go outside and get a couple of night time shots which turned out beautiful!  What a great wedding!  We welcome feedback on our posts.

Marah & Billy got married at The Word of Faith Church in Dearborn, and then went to The Inn at St. John’s for their reception photos.  Before they went in to the Galilee Ballroom for the evening they took some time to get some pretty shots on the grounds, it was such a pretty fall day!  The bridesmaid’s dresses were this vibrant burgundy and looked so pretty with the flowers!  It was a day of lots of family, lots of friends, and lots of wonderful memories.

The design for Lindsay & Mike, at The Inn at St. John’s is the classic Zookbinder Handcrafted Matted Album, and it is beautiful!  It certainly tells a great story, it is as if I was there while I designed the album.  Melissa got some GREAT wedding photos to work with! I loved the page with your bridal party on the rocks, personality plus!! Brittany and Dave’s wedding photographs are striking.  Lisa did an amazing job of capturing those touching moments, especially right before Brittany & her father walked down the aisle, through that small window in the door.  It was a stolen moment!
The bride’s cathedral veil was beautiful and the photograph of them sitting on the bench tells a story all of its own.  There were a lot of tears that day, very happy tears!  We were glad to be a part of it.  Thank you Brittany and Dave.

It was a beautiful winter wedding!  Winter weddings can be such fun and everyone had a great time.

The first look photos were a lot of fun, we were going to loose our outside light so they chose to see each other before the wedding.  Some of the outdoor shots we got were worth braving the cold.

LeeAnn & Brian’s wedding photos at the Inn at St. John’s & The Atrium Ballroom Plymouth

One of the best weddings I photographed this year was this one.  I loved working for LeeAnn & Brad because they were totally into it!  They had a great wedding party that liked to have fun too.  We shot the wedding photos at Our Lady of Good Counsel in Plymouth then took off for Downtown Plymouth for some fun wedding photos around the pubs and parks then out to the Inn at St. John for a great wedding reception.  The Atrium Ballroom looked first rate and some of the wedding guest were speechless.   The food is always top notch at St. John’s and this wedding dinner was no exception.

Elyse and Jeffrey were Tiger fans.  What a beautiful bride!  Her dress was exquisite!  And the bridal party was this cool group of people!  They had a good time all day!  Very relaxed, very fun, great personalities!  Thanks to Heather, for capturing the day with such passion!   You can tell you love what you do!  And as always, St. John’s is a fantastic venue, and one of the best in Plymouth!
